蜜桃传媒鈥檚 First-Ever Director of Digital Media to Lead, Teach and Inspire

Ali King

蜜桃传媒 looks to an increasingly digital future with the appointment of Alison King as its first-ever Director of Digital Media. In this newly created role, King will elevate and expand 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 digital presence, establish new digital programs, develop curriculum and teach digital media skills to the Institute鈥檚 students and serve as 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 digital ambassador to the global community.

King most recently was director of marketing and business development at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, where she oversaw production of digital content and growth of community engagement, and drove the product strategy for the school鈥檚 first online mentorship program.

鈥淚t is a real pleasure to welcome Ali to 蜜桃传媒 and to Cleveland,鈥 said 蜜桃传媒 President & CEO Paul W. Hogle. 鈥淗er creativity, technical competence and coaching approach, as well as her entrepreneurial spirit, make her a dynamic addition to the 蜜桃传媒 community. The future of classical music will require extraordinary digital competence, and Ali will help us to rethink this essential dimension. As our digital ambassador, she will have a significant and lasting impact on 蜜桃传媒鈥檚 second century.鈥 King began her role full time at 蜜桃传媒 on July 1.

Originally from St. Louis and a classically trained pianist, King has previously worked in user experience research at Comcast and arts advocacy at The Pew Charitable Trusts. In 2017, she founded and ran a locally-sourced stationery company, Groundswell Greetings, which was acquired by Philadelphia-based retailer Pomelo in 2020. She offers digital media consulting to a growing roster of independent artists and creative small business owners.

King holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in anthropology from Haverford College and an MBA in business management from Temple University鈥檚 Fox School of Business.
